This apple spice smoothie is made with cinnamon, nutmeg, and real apples. Adding a few warming spices is a great way to jazz up your smoothie and move it into fall.
Fall has been fabulous so far! The cooler temperatures made me start running again and I have been good about it, very slow but at least almost every second day. Do you remember when your friend Chris quit smoking (again) and told everyone about it, just to put on a bit more pressure? Yeah, this is what I am doing here… I am not a jump out off bed person but unfortunately, it’s the mornings when I find time for running and I really need something to kick my butt. Smoothies are perfect to give me an energy boost and make me move. This apple spice smoothie is my favorite right now because it tastes like dessert for breakfast and who wouldn’t love that?
